More COE from May to July but...........

Good news!

There will be 15% more COE mostly for cars from May to July 2016.

But.................


From today news from the Straits time, Uber owned company, Lion City Auto, has put in more than 800 bids for COE. This will cause more competition and prevent price from dropping further. From the report, most of the private hire cars are Cat A cars.

COE remain more or less stable in the latest round of COE.

Prediction for next round?

Still stable or slight downside. COE to slide downward if as per forecast there will be more COE from May to July. (Predicted from the media is 5-10% more)

Cat A: $46,009, up $5054. With 1616 bid unsuccessful.
Cat B: $47,000, up $498. With 1029 bids unsuccessful.
