But.................
From today news from the Straits time, Uber owned company, Lion City Auto, has put in more than 800 bids for COE. This will cause more competition and prevent price from dropping further. From the report, most of the private hire cars are Cat A cars.

First Round COE April 2016
So.......
COE remain more or less stable in the latest round of COE.
Prediction for next round?
Still stable or slight downside. COE to slide downward if as per forecast there will be more COE from May to July. (Predicted from the media is 5-10% more)
Cat A: $46,009, up $5054. With 1616 bid unsuccessful.
Cat B: $47,000, up $498. With 1029 bids unsuccessful.
From my last post, my brother did get his harrier in record time of 5 days.

Brother bought a Harrier
My brother got a very good deal, (or maybe due to luck) PI has a open cat COE which expired on 31 March and desperate to sell.
Car book on Monday, 28 March, collect on 1st April.

Second Round COE March 2016
As per predicted, COE remain fairly constant for this round of COE bidding.
Prediction for next round?
Still stable or slight upside due to high amount of unsuccessful bid.
Cat A: $45,504, up $504. With 1816 bid unsuccessful
Cat B: $46,502, down $1102. With 1273 bids unsuccessful.
No good news from today Budget 2016 for cars. Bad.

As predicted, COE went up but not as much as I predicted.
Cat A: $45,000, up $2,000. With 1561 bid unsuccessful
Cat B: $47,604, up $634. With 1506 bids unsuccessful.
I will go for a stable Cat A and Cat B for the next round of bidding due to high amount of unsucessful bid.
Other noticeable news will be Tesla's boss wrote to our PM to ask for the surcharge of his company electric vehicle to be waived. Stay tune for more news on this, will be interesting to see what LTA reply.
